Job summary

Czarnowski Collective in Colorado is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee new production projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure projects stay on budget, meet deadlines, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities include driving pricing, managing budgets, entering work orders, coordinating CAD and fabrication, and guiding timelines across departments while maintaining quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management within the exhibit, event, or custom fabrication industry.
• Strong understanding of fabrication methods (carpentry, metalwork, paint production, tension fabric, graphic production).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams, subcontractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Director or Account Manager in driving new construction pricing.
• Own project budgets and ensure financial accuracy throughout production.
• Enter all production work into the Czarnowski system based on the COMS work order “AS SOLD” submitted by the accounts team.
• Utilize the web-based workflow system to manage project progress.
• Support project launch meetings with AD and AM to streamline production flow.
