Description

The Company:

Czarnowski is one of the four studios of the Czarnowski Collective. It combines operations, strategy, design, and fabrication to create exhibits and events that engage communities, generate brand enthusiasm, and educate consumers. It’s been over 75 years since we opened our doors, but we’re still not resting on our reputation or accolades. We’re wondering “what if...” anticipating what’s next and embracing our role within the Czarnowski Collective as forward-thinkers for forward-thinking brands.

Joining the Czarnowski Collective means the opportunity to be more than a number, more than a job title, more than a spectator. We are a collective of dreamers and thinkers, doers, and makers…and we’re searching for more of the same to join the ranks.

The Purpose:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex production projects from initial planning and pricing through fabrication and completion. You’ll take ownership of project budgets, timelines, and production execution while partnering closely with account teams, CAD, fabrication, logistics, and outside vendors. If you’re a hands‑on problem solver who understands how things are built and can confidently lead projects from start to finish, this is the role for you!

The Job:
  • Partner with Account Directors and Account Managers to develop pricing and establish production requirements for new projects.
  • Take ownership of project budgets, costs, and overall financial accuracy throughout production.
  • Lead project launch meetings and coordinate project execution across account teams, CAD, fabrication, logistics, and other internal departments.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring key production milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Utilize Czarnowski’s workflow systems to manage project progress and maintain accurate production information.
  • Review and approve CAD drawings for accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Oversee production and fabrication, working closely with shop leads and production managers to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
  • Proactively identify risks related to budget, schedule, quality, or production and drive solutions with the appropriate teams.
  • Manage project changes and communicate impacts to scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with logistics, outside vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Serve as a senior production resource and provide guidance to Project Managers and cross-functional team members as needed.
The Person:
  • Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience within the exhibit, event, experiential, or custom fabrication industry.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication methods, including carpentry, metalwork, paint production, tension fabric, and graphic production.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, budgets, production schedules, and multiple priorities.
  • Ability to read and review CAD drawings with an understanding of fabrication and constructability.
  • Strong financial understanding with experience managing project costs, scope changes, and profitability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate project challenges.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and project/workflow management systems.
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs.

Denver Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000

This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.

What we offer:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits effective within 30 days (or less) of your start date
  • 401K matching with no vesting period (you are fully vested as of day 1)
