The Cigna Group seeks a senior leader to advance enterprise talent strategy and design its performance management approach. This role connects HR with business priorities, shaping a multi-year talent roadmap and governance to enable scalable, accountable talent practices across the organization.

You will partner with AI initiatives and senior HR leaders to translate strategy into actionable talent and performance solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and workforce priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in talent strategy, performance management, organizational effectiveness, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience developing integrated enterprise talent and performance strategies and partnering with senior leaders across HR.
• Strong consulting skills, including problem solving, solution design, executive communication, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the enterprise talent and performance strategy aligned with long-term priorities.
• Collaborate with senior HR leadership to refresh enterprise talent strategy and align with business goals.
• Translate business strategy into clear talent needs and performance solutions for HR and business teams.
• Define leadership and employee expectations that connect business outcomes to Lead to One behaviors.
• Partner with AI Workforce Innovation to test AI-enabled solutions for performance and employee experience.
• Create governance frameworks and multi-year roadmaps with milestones and resources.
