Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive searches for executive and senior management roles, understanding complex client needs.
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership potential, strategic thinking, and cultural fit.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and market intelligence reports for client presentations.
• Manage the offer process and provide counsel to both clients and candidates throughout the final stages.
