Job summary

Gartner, Inc. (NYSE:IT) is seeking an Executive Recruiter to source and qualify candidates for OC-1 to OC-3 roles and VP-level profiles across business units. You will guide HR partners, OC members and their reports on sourcing strategies, channels and market conditions.

You will build senior pipelines, manage full-cycle recruitment, mentor junior staff, and maintain data integrity in Workday and Beamery while balancing confidentiality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ recruiting experience across complex roles.
• Preferred executive-level recruiting experience with hiring manager contact up to senior level.
• Proven track record of self-sourcing and building candidate pools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate recruiting strategy with hiring managers.
• Source through networks and channels to attract senior talent.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for executive roles; liaise with partners and vendors.
• Maintain discretion/confidentiality with search details.
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters.
