Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Executive Recruiter to source, qualify, and match candidates for OC-1 to OC-3 level roles across business units. You will guide HR partners on sourcing strategies, channels, and market conditions, while developing deep knowledge of our business and talent pools.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle for complex executive roles, maintain confidentiality, and build strong pipelines for senior leadership. Strong interviewing and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven years of recruiting experience handling full lifecycle for complex executive roles.
• Proven self-sourcing and use of networking/social channels to build candidate pools.
• Experience advising senior executives and managing confidential searches.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategy with hiring manager for OC-1/OC-2/OC-3 roles.
• Manage full recruitment cycle and liaise with partners/vendors to close candidates.
• Counsel hiring managers on interview skills to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Build pipelines of diverse senior candidates for bench strength and succession planning.
• Maintain data integrity in Workday and Beamery with timely entries.
