Job summary

Wonder is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead high-priority searches. You will own senior and executive roles across business and business-technology functions, partnering with senior leaders to deliver a white-glove candidate experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end searches, proactive sourcing, and coordinating interview processes while maintaining strong pipeline communication. Located in New York or Chicago, with pay per hour.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior-level searches (Director–VP/C-suite).
• Experience partnering with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Experience hiring across business and business-technology functions (finance, legal, product, data).

Responsibilities

• Run senior and executive searches end to end, from intake to offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates through research and outreach.
• Manage executive candidates with discretion and care.
• Prepare interview panels, run debriefs, and keep decisions moving.
• Share weekly pipeline updates with leaders and Talent Acquisition.
