Job summary

Wonder is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead senior and executive searches across business and business-technology functions, spanning legal, finance, product, design and data. You’ll work as an embedded member of our Talent Acquisition team, partnering with senior leaders to deliver a white-glove experience to executive candidates.

You will run in-flight searches, source passive candidates, manage executive candidates with discretion, prepare interview

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting across senior to C-suite roles.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Proven track record in sourcing and engaging senior candidates.

Responsibilities

• Run senior and executive searches end to end from intake to offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates through targeted research.
• Manage executive candidates with discretion and care.
• Prepare interview panels and keep decisions moving.
• Share weekly updates on pipeline, risks and next steps.
