Sanctuary is building nature-first residential communities in Texas Hill Country. We are seeking an exceptional executive recruiter to own end-to-end leadership hires, from market discovery to outreach and closing.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and People Operations Director, shaping our leadership bench with top operators in Texas real estate and adjacent industries. You will identify, approach, and secure senior leaders such as COO, Head of Operations, CFO, and others, building

Qualifications

• Significant experience in agency recruitment or executive search.
• Proven track record closing senior leaders yourself.
• Experience filling roles like COO, Head of Operations, CFO.
• Strong cold outreach and comfort calling uninterested candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and senior leadership searches.
• Build market maps across real estate, development, finance, operations.
• Source high performers, including passive candidates.
• Run outbound outreach via calls, emails, events, and networking.
• Partner with CEO and leadership through interviews, offers, and negotiation.
• Manage candidates from first contact through onboarding.
• Build a long-term network across Austin and Texas.
