Global Payments seeks an experienced executive recruiter to partner with senior leaders and attract top talent across our businesses and corporate functions. The role requires leading complex executive searches, advising leadership on talent strategy, and delivering a superior candidate experience.

The successful candidate will own the offer process, leverage market intelligence, and drive inclusive sourcing to strengthen leadership representation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years identifying and recruiting executive leadership talent.
• Proven track record with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Excellent judgment, executive presence, and confidentiality.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledgeable about fintech, eCommerce, digital media, travel, and retail.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced sourcing and market-mapping capabilities across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive internal and external candidate information.
• Partner with Head of Executive Recruiting to elevate the Executive Search function.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to executive leadership, leading complex searches.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience with proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Develop relationships with executive talent for current and future opportunities.
• Lead inclusive sourcing to attract diverse leadership talent across orgs.
• Own the offer process and negotiations with key stakeholders.
• Use digital intelligence tools, AI, Boolean search, and Market research to build long lists and strong short lists.
• Leverage metrics and market intelligence to inform search strategies and hiring decisions.
• Represent Global Payments with business acumen and market knowledge.
