Job summary

Global Payments is expanding its in-house Executive Recruiting function and seeks an experienced executive recruiter to partner with senior leaders across businesses and corporate functions. The role focuses on leading executive searches, advisory capabilities, and delivering strategic talent solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders, shape search strategies, and manage complex processes end-to-end while upholding the highest confidentiality

Qualifications

• Experience leading executive searches and serving as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders.
• Strong judgment, adaptability, and executive hiring best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information during searches.
• Partner with Head of Executive Recruiting to elevate the function.
• Lead complex searches from strategy development through successful close.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive talent for current and future opportunities.
• Lead inclusive sourcing to attract diverse leadership talent and shape representation across leadership and technology.
• Own the offer process and negotiations with internal stakeholders to finalize hires.
• Use digital intelligence tools, AI, Boolean search, LinkedIn, social media, and market research to identify talent and build short/long-lists.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and talent analytics to inform search strategies and hiring decisions.
• Represent Global Payments as an ambassador with strong business acumen and understanding of strategy, products, markets, and competitors.
