Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to partner with senior leaders and attract top talent across our businesses and corporate functions. The role centers on leading executive searches and acting as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders.

You will build diverse leadership teams using market insights, assessment approaches, and proactive outreach while guiding offers and ensuring a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience identifying, engaging, and recruiting executive leadership talent.
• Proven track record of building trust with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Exceptional judgment, strong executive presence, and confidential communication.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of fintech, ecommerce, digital media, travel, retail sectors.

Responsabilités

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion and integrity.
• Partner with Head of Executive Recruiting to elevate the Executive Search function.
• Lead complex searches from strategy development through successful close.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive talent for current and future opportunities.
