Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an experienced Principal Executive Recruiter to scale its leadership bench and support global growth. You will partner with senior executives across GTM, G&A, Product, Engineering and Design to scope leadership roles, align on candidate profiles, and build focused executive search strategies.

You’ll own executive searches from sourcing to offer, drive alignment with senior leaders, and deliver a consistently positive candidate experience while collaborating across functions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruitment experience, including hiring senior-level talent at VP or C-level in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
• Strong ability to ramp up on new domains quickly.
• Proven track record recruiting and closing candidates across diverse domains.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own executive searches end to end, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Drive strategic hiring alignment with senior leadership by shaping candidate profiles and search strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and deliver a consistently positive executive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, bringing market insight and judgment to hiring decisions.
• Improve executive recruiting practices as Airwallex scales globally.
