Global Payments is expanding its in-house Executive Recruiting function and seeking an experienced recruiter to partner with senior leaders across the company. You will lead and close complex executive searches, advise on market insights, and shape the strategy for building diverse leadership teams.

The role requires a proven track record in executive searches, impeccable confidentiality, and the ability to operate with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in executive search with in-house or firm experience.
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders with strong judgment.
• Proven ability to manage complex executive searches.
• Knowledge of talent markets and competitive insights.
• Strong confidentiality and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information.
• Partner with Head of Executive Recruiting to elevate the Executive Search function.
• Lead complex executive searches from strategy to close.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication.
• Build long-term relationships with executive talent for pipelines.
• Lead inclusive sourcing to attract diverse leadership.
• Own offer negotiations and engage stakeholders to close hires.
• Utilize digital tools, AI, Boolean search, and LinkedIn for talent mapping.
• Leverage metrics and market intelligence to inform strategy.
• Represent Global Payments with strong business acumen.
