You will partner with founders, executives, and VPs to attract exceptional leadership talent from department heads to senior executives. This highly visible role combines relationship-building, rigorous research, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of executive recruiting experience, with a mix of search firm and in-house background.
• Proven success hiring senior leaders in high growth, global technology-driven companies.
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities to engage hard-to-reach executive talent.
• Solid understanding of executive compensation, assessment methodologies, and closing strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with C-level leaders.
• Highly organized and data-driven, able to manage multiple complex searches.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches.
• Partner with founders, executives, and hiring leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Deliver a thoughtful, white-glove candidate experience for senior-level candidates.
• Collaborate with the Head of Executive Recruiting to align on priorities and execution.
• Manage external search firms when appropriate.
• Contribute to scalable processes, tools, and metrics for executive hiring.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to leadership.
