Harvey is building category-defining AI products for legal professionals, and we’re seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to source and hire senior leadership globally. You will partner with founders, executives, and VPs to attract top talent from department heads to senior executives.

This role is highly visible and impact-driven, requiring deep relationship-building, rigorous research, and scalable recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of executive recruiting experience across search firm and in-house
• Proven success hiring senior leaders in high growth, global, or tech-driven companies
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities to engage hard-to-reach executive talent
• Solid understanding of executive compensation, assessment methodologies, and closing strategies
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication with C-level partners
• Highly organized and data-driven with multiple complex searches
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments and driving process improvements

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches across the organization
• Partner with founders and hiring leaders to define scope, success profiles, and strategy
• Build diverse leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping
• Deliver a thoughtful, white-glove candidate experience for senior-level candidates
• Collaborate with Head of Executive Recruiting to align priorities and execution
• Manage external search firms when appropriate
• Contribute to scalable processes, tools, and metrics for executive hiring
• Provide market insights to leadership to inform hiring decisions
