Paul Bridges Group is seeking a Senior Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join its Salt Lake City team. The role targets an experienced agency recruiter who thrives in a competitive market, builds lasting client relationships, and delivers results across accounting and finance searches.

The ideal candidate will own a desk, develop long-term client partnerships, and capitalize on strong demand for accounting and finance talent. Competitive base plus commission drives earning potential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting, focus on accounting and finance preferred.
• Proven track record of placements and client relationship development.
• Strong understanding of accounting/finance talent market and compensation trends.
• Experience managing a full-desk recruitment model with BD and delivery responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across accounting and finance including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and closing offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the Salt Lake City market.
• Recruit professionals across Staff and Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, Finance Manager, FP&A, and CFO-level roles.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound business development, and existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, requirements, and market conditions; maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage interview processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Consistently achieve placement, revenue, and business development targets.

We are partnering with an established recruiting firm looking to add a Senior Accounting & Finance Recruiter to its Salt Lake City team. This is an opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter who understands the accounting and finance market, enjoys building client relationships, and knows how to deliver results in a competitive environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of recruiting accounting and finance professionals, an established network, and the ability to manage searches from initial client engagement through placement. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a desk, develop long-term client partnerships, and capitalize on the continued demand for high-quality accounting and finance talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across accounting and finance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and closing offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across the Salt Lake City market and surrounding areas.
• Recruit professionals across a range of positions, including Staff and Senior Accountants, Accounting Managers, Controllers, Finance Managers, FP&A professionals, and CFO-level talent.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound business development, and existing client relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, hiring requirements, and market conditions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and prospective clients.
• Negotiate compensation packages, manage interview processes, and ensure a positive experience for clients and candidates.
• Consistently achieve placement, revenue, and business development targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting, with a focus on accounting and finance strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of generating placements and developing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the accounting and finance talent market, including relevant roles, compensation trends, and candidate availability.
• Experience managing a full-desk recruitment model, including both business development and candidate delivery, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
