Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive production leadership experience at an agency, studio, production company, or in-house team.
• Experience leading complex multi-channel content across video, digital, social, and stills.
• Ability to plan content for multiple channels and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of video, social content, digital assets, event content, animation, and photography.
• Shape production approaches with creative, strategy, product, and marketing leaders from the outset.
• Source and lead production partners, editors, animators, and specialists to match talent to each project.
• Develop flexible approaches combining live action, post-production, animation, VFX, and generative AI.
• Evaluate emerging tools and translate findings into repeatable production practices.
• Manage budgets, bids, negotiations, scopes, schedules, and change orders with sound judgment.
• Establish workflows for resourcing, reviews, approvals, asset management, and delivery across projects and markets.
• Advise leadership on production strategy, quality, cost, timing, resources, and risk.
