ServiceNow in the United States seeks a senior social and content strategist to own the strategic vision for our social and content program across platforms. You will partner with creative, product marketing, editorial leadership, and community managers to elevate brand voice, drive engagement, and find moments of cultural relevance.

You will define audience targets and develop forward-looking strategies, working with cross-functional teams to bring customer stories and proof points to life.

Competenze

• 10+ years of social and content strategy experience building differentiated programs across brand channels
• Fluency with LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms, with knowledge of distribution & paid amplification
• Proven ability to define content architecture, positioning and audience strategy for always-on channels
• Strong brief-writing and strategic communication craft with actionable narratives
• Data-driven with ability to interpret dashboards and translate findings into strategy
• Experience in B2B, tech, or complex categories; AI/enterprise software is a plus
• Collaborative, cross-functional operator with influence across creatives, product, and execs
• Strong eye for craft, consistency, and high-quality output
• Entrepreneurial, able to operate in ambiguity and introduce new ways of working
