Job summary

Mack & Associates, Ltd. is seeking a highly organized Executive and Personal Assistant to provide executive and personal support to the principal and his family in Skokie, IL. This onsite role offers broad visibility and a salary range of $100,000–$130,000 with comprehensive benefits.

The position covers scheduling, business and personal travel, financial administration, charitable requests, and family-related projects, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of executive/personal support to a senior leader.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; comfortable with new tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the principal’s calendar and prioritize scheduling across direct reports.
• Organize meetings, prepare documents, manage correspondence, and compile information.
• Arrange business and family travel including itineraries and personal documents.
• Maintain administrative records, track tasks and deadlines, and coordinate follow-ups.
• Process personal and business payments and manage related records; assist with charitable contributions.
