This is a primarily remote opportunity, with the expectation that the Executive Personal Assistant will be local to the San Anselmo area and available to come onsite occasionally as needed.

We are partnering with a private family office to identify a polished, highly adaptable Senior Executive Personal Assistant to support a UHNW principal across both personal and professional priorities. Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and strategic time management across multiple priorities and time zones.
- Coordinate personal and professional appointments, meetings, and commitments.
- Anticipate the principal’s needs and proactively manage day-to-day logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials, itineraries, briefing documents, and follow‑up communications.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact and right hand to the principal across personal and professional matters.
Travel Coordination
- Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining, and detailed itineraries.
- Serve as a point of contact during travel and assist with real‑time changes and last‑minute requests as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of travel preferences, loyalty programs, and other relevant information.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the principal with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with vendors, household staff, service providers, and external partners.
- Assist with maintaining important personal and professional relationships.
- Represent the principal with a high level of professionalism, warmth, and confidentiality.
Project & Operational Support
- Assist with special projects, research, event coordination, and ad hoc administrative needs.
- Support operational organization and help implement systems and processes where needed.
- Coordinate across multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities while ensuring critical tasks are handled efficiently.
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting a UHNW individual, executive, or family office environment is strongly preferred.
- Ideally based in or near San Anselmo, CA, with flexibility to come onsite for occasional meetings and in‑person support.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.
- Ability to thrive in a fluid, fast‑moving environment with changing priorities.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable balancing executive and personal assistant responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
