Job summary

Pink Moon Consulting is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to help executive teams design and govern compensation programs that attract and retain top leaders. You will advise boards, compensation committees, and senior leaders across industries on strategy and governance.

You will lead complex engagements, conduct benchmarking, and develop equity and incentive plans aligned with business objectives, drawing on deep expertise and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree and CCP certification are a plus).
15+ years of executive compensation consulting or executive rewards experience.
Deep expertise in executive incentive plans, equity compensation, and governance.
Experience advising executive leadership teams, boards, or compensation committees.
Strong consulting, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on executive compensation strategy and governance.
Design executive incentive and equity compensation programs.
Conduct executive compensation benchmarking and market analyses.
Partner with executive leadership and boards on complex compensation decisions.
Deliver strategic recommendations that align pay programs with business objectives.
