Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree and CCP certification are a plus).
8+ years of compensation consulting or total rewards experience.
Experience advising clients on compensation strategy and program design.
Strong knowledge of market pricing, salary structures, and incentive plans.
Exceptional analytical, consulting, and client relationship skills.
