Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and CCP certification are a plus.
• 5+ years of executive compensation consulting or executive rewards experience.
• Deep expertise in executive incentive plans, equity compensation, and governance.
• Experience advising executive leadership teams, boards, or compensation committees.
• Strong consulting, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on executive compensation strategy and governance.
