Job summary

Twilio Inc. is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support its leadership team from a remote setting. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate travel, draft communications, and drive execution of team initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting executives in a fast-paced High Tech environment.
• Superior attention to detail with discretion in handling confidential information.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and keep multiple teams on track.
• Plan and facilitate leadership summits and team-building events.
• Experience with contract management, procurement processes and business workflows.
• Proficiency with administrative tools (Zoom, G-Suite) and AI productivity tools.
• Internal communications experience – drafting emails and program updates.
• Experience planning operating cadences such as QBRs or Long Range Planning meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex travel for executives, prepare expenses, and coordinate events and meetings.
• Partner with executives to prioritize meetings, manage calendars, and allocate resources.
• Act as a liaison for executives’ direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Draft presentations, capture meeting minutes, and coordinate communications.
• Develop meeting agendas, coordinate presenters, and manage time.
• Track project milestones and ensure delivery of actions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes for efficiency and better experience.
• Lead executive offsites and strategic team gatherings, including budgeting and venue sourcing.
