Twilio is seeking a Principal Public Relations Manager to join the Corporate Communications team. You will lead external communications for Twilio executives, customers, partners, and employer brand in a fast-paced, strategic role.

The role collaborates with Social Impact, People, Investor Relations, Legal, Brand, and Corporate Communications to craft compelling narratives that drive press coverage and awareness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate/exec communications or PR in tech, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional media relations with top-tier outlets, even without hard news.
• Experience advising C‑suite leaders in fast-moving settings.
• Strong writing and storytelling with executive tone.

Responsibilities

• Lead external comms for Twilio executives, customers, partners and employer brand.
• Design external comms strategy for the Chief Administrative Officer.
• Coordinate with Partner and Customer Marketing for external storytelling.
• Develop thought leadership with Twilio.org and social impact initiatives.
• Support earnings, acquisitions and investor relations communications.
