Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field.
• MBA is preferred for senior leadership roles.
• 12–15+ years of leadership experience in financial services or transformation.
• Expertise in enterprise transformation, operations, program leadership, and M&A integration.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives aligned with Trimont's strategic priorities.
• Manage cross-functional programs across operations, finance, tech, data and business functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver outcomes.
• Develop business cases, performance metrics and ROI tracking.
• Design operating models, governance frameworks, and change management strategies.
• Optimize loan servicing and asset management processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decisions.
• Lead M&A integration with diligence, synergy realization, and alignment.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
