Job summary

Trimont is seeking an Associate Director, Treasury in Atlanta to support bank account management, treasury platform administration, and audit controls. You will help develop and maintain treasury policies, facilitate approvals, and lead special projects focused on risk mitigation and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in banking or treasury operations, strong cash management knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of banking or treasury operations experience.
• Working knowledge of banking and/or Treasury products and services.
• Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with sound analytical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bank accounts and repository for accuracy.
• Support internal teams with bank account and banking service inquiries.
• Administer online bank portals and related access entitlement needs.
• Assist with adding new bank accounts to the servicing platform.
• Assist with managing the Automated Clearing House Strategy process.
• Gather data and documentation to support Treasury audits.
• Approve treasury funds requests, template setups, and vendor wire instructions.
• Process account closure and control agreement termination requests.
• Investigate and resolve bank-reported overdraft issues.
• Assist with overseeing daily team management and leadership.
• Collaborate across Treasury functions and communicate with other company divisions.
• Support the Executive Director of Credit Administration as needed.
