Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Executive Engagement Facilitator to support our cabinet-level government customer in McLean, VA. The role focuses on coordinating and managing executive engagements from invitation to execution, with emphasis on precision, discretion, and timely briefing materials.

The position reports to program leadership and requires strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders, protocol staff, and security.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in National Security, Foreign Affairs, Public Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting executive-level leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Intelligence Community and federal government operations.
• Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience developing briefing or trip books for senior executives or cabinet-level officials.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming requests for executive-level external engagements and prepare weekly packages for leadership review.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders to gather context and requirements for engagements.
• Develop briefing materials and engagement books for travel and events.
• Partner with protocol staff to ensure seamless day-of execution for visits, including security coordination.
• Assist government and subject matter experts in planning and executing executive travel.
• Refine event concepts into polished engagements suitable for cabinet-level principals.
• Deliver all work products with accuracy and professionalism, free of errors.
• Perform additional administrative or protocol-related duties as directed.
