Job summary

Dezign Concepts LLC seeks an experienced Executive Engagement Facilitator to coordinate and manage executive engagement activities for a cabinet-level government customer. The role oversees full lifecycle of engagements from invitation through execution in a high-visibility executive secretariat environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 10+ years of direct support to executive-level leadership.
• Experience supporting cabinet-level or senior executives preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent grammar and proofreading.
• Familiarity with interagency coordination and security-conscious environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming requests for executive-level external engagements, preparing weekly engagement packages for leadership review and decision.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders to gather context and requirements for successful engagements.
• Support development of briefing materials and engagement books for travel and events.
• Partner with protocol staff to ensure seamless day-of execution for visits, including security coordination.
• Assist government and subject matter experts in planning and executing executive foreign travel.
• Collaborate with the executive secretariat to develop event concepts for cabinet-level officials.
• Deliver high-quality work with accuracy and professionalism, free of planning/logistical errors.
• Perform additional administrative or protocol-related duties as directed by government staff.
