Job summary

Novel Applications of Vital Information, Inc is seeking a Senior Executive Engagement Facilitator to coordinate executive engagements for a cabinet-level government customer. The role operates in a high-visibility executive secretariat environment, managing travel, briefing materials, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years supporting senior leaders, familiarity with inter-agency processes, and a commitment to precision and professionalism

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 10 years supporting executive-level leadership.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Knowledge of the U.S. Intelligence Community operations.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess executive-level external engagement requests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather context for engagements.
• Prepare briefing materials and engagement books for travel and events.
• Coordinate with protocol and security for visits.
• Plan and execute executive foreign travel.
• Develop event concepts for cabinet-level principals.
• Deliver work products with accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle additional admin or protocol duties as needed.
