Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an experienced Executive Engagement Facilitator to coordinate and manage engagements for a cabinet-level government customer, overseeing the full lifecycle from invitation to execution. The role emphasizes precise briefing materials and stakeholder coordination in a high-visibility environment.

Reporting to program leadership, you will supervise intake, tracking, and travel coordination while ensuring accuracy and accountability across engagements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• 10+ years supporting executive-level leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Intelligence Community and federal government operations.
• Exceptional writing, grammar, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to balance multiple high-priority tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming requests for executive-level external engagements, preparing weekly engagement packages for leadership review and decision.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders to gather context and requirements for each engagement.
• Support executive secretariat staff in developing briefing materials and engagement books for travel and events.
• Partner with protocol staff to ensure seamless day-of execution for visits, including security coordination.
• Assist government and subject matter experts in planning, preparing, and executing executive foreign travel.
• Collaborate with the executive secretariat government lead to develop and refine event concepts for cabinet-level principals.
• Deliver all work products and event support with accuracy and professionalism, free of errors.
• Perform additional administrative or protocol-related duties as directed by government staff.
