Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Executive Engagement Facilitator to support our customer onsite in McLean, VA. You will coordinate and manage executive engagement activities from invitation through execution, ensuring timely briefing materials and clear communication among stakeholders.

The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and experience supporting cabinet-level or senior executive leaders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• 10+ years supporting executive leadership.
• Experience with cabinet-level or senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming executive-level engagement requests and prepare weekly packages.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather context and requirements for engagements.
• Develop briefing materials and engagement books for travel and events.
• Coordinate with protocol and security for visits and events.
• Assist in planning and executing executive foreign travel.
• Translate event concepts into polished engagements for cabinet-level principals.
• Deliver work products with accuracy and professionalism, free of errors.
• Perform additional administrative or protocol duties as directed.
