• Experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders.
• Ability to manage calendars, travel, meetings and executive logistics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Administrative Support - manage calendars, travel, meetings and logistics with independent judgment.
• Meetings, Events & Materials Preparation - draft and format correspondence, presentations, reports and communications for leadership.
• Executive Readiness & Communication Management - monitor commitments, provide reminders and assist with timely follow-ups.
• Reporting, Deliverables & Operational Support - identify risks, propose solutions, and support leadership deliverables.
