Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a Principal Executive Compensation Analyst to lead the design, administration, and governance of executive compensation programs for senior leaders.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders, supporting compensation strategy and Board processes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in equity compensation, benchmarking, governance, and disclosures, with strong analytical capabilities and ability to handle

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of progressive compensation experience.
Minimum 5 years supporting executive compensation programs.
Significant experience with equity and stock compensation administration.
Experience preparing Board of Directors and Compensation Committee materials.
Strong expertise in executive compensation benchmarking and market analysis.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, and govern executive compensation programs for senior leaders.
Lead long-term incentive programs and equity/stock-based awards.
Conduct market analyses using executive compensation surveys and benchmarks.
Prepare compensation recommendations and supporting analyses for senior leadership.
Develop materials for Compensation Committee and Board meetings.
