Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of US benefits administration and compliance.
• Experience with benefit providers and third-party administrators.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking and salary structures.

Responsibilities

• Administer US employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellbeing, leave, and voluntary benefits.
• Serve as key contact for benefit-related inquiries from employees, HR partners, and managers.
• Manage relationships with benefit carriers, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators.
• Support annual Open Enrollment activities and benefits renewals.
• Monitor participation, utilization, and costs; analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to resolve issues.
• Support compensation programs including benchmarking, salary analysis, merit reviews, and incentive administration.
• Guide on compensation policies, salary recommendations, and job leveling.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and insights for Total Rewards decisions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve reporting and processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate benefits and compensation processes.
• Lead or participate in projects on process improvements, AI adoption, vendor implementations, and digital transformation.
