Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to support and coordinate key HR initiatives across the organization.

The role calls for a background in consulting, PMO, HR consulting, or business operations, with a focus on driving projects and ensuring on-time deliverables. You will work closely with HR leadership, HRBPs, HR CoE and HR Operations to manage multiple HR projects, tracked and aligned with milestones, risks identified, and documentation maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related discipline.
• 5–10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, PMO, HR project management, business operations or related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and action trackers.
• Monitor progress against deliverables and timelines.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
• Ensure follow-up actions are completed and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate meetings, working sessions and project reviews.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
• Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop standardized templates, trackers and PM tools.
• Support implementation of consistent practices across HR teams.
• Monitor adoption of agreed processes and provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, dashboards and reports.
• Develop communication materials, guides and supporting documentation.
• Support workshop coordination, training logistics and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide regular progress updates to HR leadership.
