Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support US Total Rewards programs with emphasis on Benefits. You will manage benefits administration, governance, and pay-related activities, while advancing analytics and automation across Total Rewards processes.

The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver compliant, competitive reward programs and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of US benefits administration and compliance requirements.
• Experience with benefit providers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Working knowledge of compensation principles including salary benchmarking and pay structures.

Responsibilities

• Administer US employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, wellbeing, leave, and voluntary benefits.
• Serve as a key point of contact for benefit-related inquiries from employees, HR partners, and managers.
• Manage relationships with benefit carriers, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators to ensure service delivery.
• Support annual Open Enrolment activities, employee communications, renewals, and education campaigns.
• Monitor program participation, utilization, and costs; analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate program administration.
