Qualifications

• BA in Culinary Arts preferred; candidates with 10-15 years of culinary experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and operational leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production ensuring food quality, safety, and cost controls.
• Provide direction on menu development and seasonal specials.
• Supervise cooks and kitchen staff; ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, and storage of food supplies.
• Monitor food and labor costs to meet budget objectives.
• Develop strategies to enhance resident and client satisfaction through service excellence.
