Job summary

CCL Hospitality Group, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Project Manager – Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, training, and food preparation across facilities. The role focuses on delivering show-quality food while driving budgeted food and labor costs and ensuring HACCP compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as an Executive Chef or Chef Manager, experience with transitions/openings, Serve Safe certification, and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Chef Manager.
• Experience in dining service transitions and openings preferred.
• Serve Safe, Choke Save and Allergen certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen management and all food production across operations.
• Train staff and onboarding of new onsite management to embed company culture.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and timely service to residents across facilities.
• Develop and implement menus and recipes; forecast production and manage food costs.
• Foster communication with residents, guests, and clients; uphold HACCP standards.
