CCL Hospitality Group seeks an inspirational Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, recruit and train staff, and drive food quality while controlling costs. You will showcase culinary talents, develop menus, and empower onsite staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and budget adherence, with a focus on resident satisfaction and client objectives across community living environments.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary/kitchen management.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; high-volume operations.
• Experience with institutional/batch cooking; hands-on chef experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production and ensure food quality, presentation, and compliance with safety standards.
• Provide direction on menu development and seasonal specials; source fresh foods.
• Supervise cooks and staff; monitor performance and training needs.
• Manage budgeting, labor, and food costs to meet financial targets.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients to meet satisfaction and service goals.
