Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a high-impact culinary leader to shape operations across large or multi-unit environments. You will drive menu creation, coach talent, and elevate standards through hands-on training and strategic support.

Lead culinary operations at scale, manage plate costing and inventory, and mentor teams across multiple locations. You will represent the brand in client-facing engagements and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive culinary management experience in high-volume or multi-unit operations.
• Deep expertise in menu planning, plate costing, and recipe development.
• Technical skills in culinary systems (FMS) and strong organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to create processes, drive efficiency, and solve problems independently.
• ServSafe certification and working knowledge of HACCP.
