Job summary

MANTECH is seeking an Executive Communication Technician in Miami, FL to provide advanced technical support for executives and complex AV/communication systems. Candidates should have 7+ years in high-level tech support, security clearances, and proficiency with AD, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow to ensure exceptional user experience and reliability.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of advanced technical support to executives or senior stakeholders.
• Experience with communications, audio/video, and AV presentation systems.
• Must have Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II, and AZ-104 or MS-102 within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access, incidents, and support workflows.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade AV and communication equipment.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 and coordinate with teams to restore service.
