Job summary

MANTECH in Doral, FL seeks an Executive Communication Technician to join our team, delivering high-level technical support and effective executive communications across IT and AV systems.

You will troubleshoot, manage user access with AD/365, interface with vendors, and mentor junior staff while aligning with security and DoD-style practices. This role requires 7+ years IT experience and 5+ years in executive communications, with Security+ and Microsoft AZ-104/MS-102 certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant bachelor’s degree equals 2 years’ experience
• 7+ years of professional IT experience
• 5+ years in executive communications support
• Experience with communications, audio, video, and audiovisual presentation systems and IT/networks
• Two Certifications: Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II; Microsoft AZ-104 or MS-102 (must obtain within 3 months)
• Experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Windows PowerShell and Office 365

Responsibilities

• Utilize Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ITSM platforms to manage user access, incidents, and support workflows
• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade AV systems and communication equipment
• Interface with users, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality and user experience expectations are exceeded
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Act as top escalation point for complex technical issues before escalating to Tier 3 or specialized teams
• Collaborate with network services, software engineering, and application development teams to restore service and identify root causes
