MANTECH seeks a highly qualified Executive Communication Technician to support senior executives from our Doral, FL location. The role focuses on end-to-end AV and IT systems support, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow workflows, with high focus on incident resolution and user experience.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of senior technical support, DoD-compliant security posture, and a track record of mentoring peers while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Formación

• Seven or more years of advanced technical support to executives or senior stakeholders.
• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics or a related field is equivalent to 2 years’ of relevant experience.
• Experience in service or installation of communications, audio, video, and/or audiovisual presentation systems and IT/networks.
• Two Certifications Required: Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II; Microsoft AZ-104 or MS-102 (Must obtain within 3 months of start date).

Responsabilidades

• Utilize tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage user access, incidents, and support workflows.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade AV systems and communication equipment.
• Interface with users, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality and user experience expectations are met.
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues (PCs, servers, mainframes, printers).
• Act as top escalation point for complex technical issues before escalation to Tier 3 or specialized teams.
• Collaborate with network services, software engineering, and application development teams to restore service and identify root causes.
• Independently solve complex problems, mentoring less experienced colleagues.
