Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Patient Access and Services in the Rare Disease Business Unit. You will ensure seamless operational execution, act as a gatekeeper, and collaborate with the PA&S leadership to uphold confidentiality and strategic priorities.

The role requires superior organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate across levels.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 4+ years of administrative experience; or high school diploma and 6+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; executive assistance experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the VP’s complex calendar and priorities.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics.
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and materials for meetings.
• Manage expense reporting, timekeeping, and approvals per policy.
• Develop executive communications and distribute on behalf of VP and PA&S LT.
• Maintain engagement plans for compliance, meetings, and culture cadence.
