Note: The candidate must be willing to work in Houston for 6-8 months in the home office and then relocate to the project site in Cameron, LA.
The Senior Executive Assistant provides support to the President on a large project, handling a wide range of administrative tasks including schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, data analysis, and representing the executive. The role involves handling confidential information, understanding company operations and project procedures, and may include training and supervising lower-level staff. Effective communication with C-level executives and project staff is essential.
This seasoned support role involves performing complex, specialized work, supporting senior executives, and often involves high visibility to both internal and external stakeholders. The role may include process or program coordination and travel arrangements.
The role requires independent judgment, leadership abilities, and the capacity to lead or supervise others. Effective communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills with systems and tools like MS Office and Teams are necessary. A secondary school education or equivalent, along with relevant experience, is required.
