Must be willing to work in Houston for 6-8 months in the Home office and then relocate to the project site in Cameron, LA.
The role provides support to the President over a large project, handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, including schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, data analysis, and representing the executive. Responsible for handling confidential information, understanding company operations and project procedures, and possibly supervising lower-level staff. Uses discretion and judgment, contributing to project aspects, working independently and collaboratively, and communicating effectively with C-level executives and project staff.
This seasoned support position requires performing complex, specialized work, supporting senior executives, and often involves high visibility. May include process or program coordination and travel arrangements.
Decisions are made with independent judgment, aligning with policies and goals. Supervision is infrequent; the role may involve leading or training others and participating in cross-functional collaboration.
Must have strong communication skills for proposals, presentations, reports, and stakeholder collaboration. Proficiency with MS Office and Teams is required, including troubleshooting.
Secondary school education or equivalent with relevant experience. This is an advanced support role performing broad and complex assignments.
