Job Description

Provides support and assistance to the President over a large project, handling a wide range of administrative and executive tasks. Responsible for heavy schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, data analysis, and representing the executive. Handles confidential information, understands company's operations and project procedures, and may supervise lower-level staff. Communicates effectively with C-level executives and project staff.

This is a seasoned support position requiring complex, specialized work, often involving high visibility. Supports senior executives, coordinates travel, makes independent decisions, and may lead or train others. Capable of leading project teams or departments and collaborating across functions.

Must have strong communication skills, especially with high-level stakeholders, and advanced understanding of systems and tools like MS Office and Teams. Secondary school education or equivalent with relevant experience is required.

Additional Information

Must be willing to work in Houston for 6-8 months and then relocate to Cameron, LA.
