What You’ll Do
  • Travel Management: Coordinate complex executive travel, reducing booking issues and achieving a 20% efficiency improvement.
  • Expense & Time Tracking: Manage executive calendars, appointments, and expense reporting with precision and confidentiality.
  • Presentation Support: Edit and refine executive-level presentations to ensure clarity, professionalism, and audience engagement.
  • Financial & Billing Support: Assist in invoice processing and billing documentation across multiple departments.
  • Document Management: Maintain structured systems for sensitive files, strategic plans, and internal communications.
  • Meeting & Logistics Coordination: Lead the scheduling and logistics for high-level meetings, board sessions, and staff briefings.
  • Vendor & Travel Liaison: Collaborate with travel vendors and external stakeholders to deliver seamless executive experiences.
  • Multi-Executive Support: Provide high-touch, responsive support to multiple executives across diverse business units and geographies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years supporting multiple senior executives or C-suite leaders.
  • Citizenship/Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), strong communication skills, and ability to multitask and handle sensitive information.
  • Location Requirement: 100% onsite presence required (Downtown HQ).
